We have an immediate opening for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst for a Public School District in St. Louis, MO.

Location:  St. Louis, MO

Weekly Rate: $2,015
Start Date:  ASAP
Assignment Type: School Contract
Shift/Hours:  Day Shift – 32.5 hrs M – F

Duties Include:
  • Designs and implements behavior support plans for persons with developmental disabilities to enhance adaptive behaviors and diminish challenging behaviors resulting in significant harm to self, others, or property in a residential or community based setting.
  • Participates in person centered plan and/or treatment team meetings to develop, review and update individual plans.
  • Observes consumer behavior and completes initial behavioral assessments; determines consumer progress towards goals and modifies behavior support plans accordingly.
  • Develops and implements training program for staff, other care providers, and family members in the implementation of behavior support plans and intervention tactics and techniques.
  • Determine data needs; develops behavior checklists and other reporting mechanisms for staff use in recoding and reporting consumer behavior

Requirements:
  • Current CPR certification is required Possession of a current license to practice as a Behavior Analyst in Missouri.
  • Board Certified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BCBA)
