We have an immediate opening for reliable Accounts Payable Specialist for 26 week Temp to Perm assignment at a non-profit community based program in Houston, TX.  8 hour shifts from 8a – 5p shift with the following requirements:

Specialty: Administrative
Location: Houston, TX
Facility type: Corporate Office
Pay Rate: $24/hr
Start Date:  1/26/2025
Assignment Type: 26 Week Contract
Shift/Hours: 8a – 5p M - F

** Temp to Perm Assignment **

Duties Include:
  • Reviews invoices and check requests
  • Processes invoices for payment
  • Processes check requests
  • Reconciles payments
  • Monitors accounts to ensure payments are up to date
  • Resolves invoice and payment discrepancies
  • Corresponds with vendors and respond to inquiries
  • Performs other duties as may be assigned

Qualifications
  • One year certificate from college or technical school or equivalent combination of education and experience
