Dialysis Technician Responsibilities:
As a Dialysis Technician, you'll play a vital role in delivering lifesaving care to patients in a correctional facility. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Operating dialysis machines and monitoring treatments with precision

  • Ensuring safety, comfort, and compliance for patients receiving dialysis care

  • Maintaining equipment and sanitization protocols

  • Collaborating with nurses, physicians, and other correctional staff

  • Documenting treatments, vitals, and observations accurately

  • Supporting patient education and communication regarding dialysis treatments
Dialysis Technician Requirements:

  • Current and valid Ohio Dialysis Technician Certification

  • Minimum of 2+ years’ experience as a Dialysis Technician, preferably in a high-volume or correctional setting

  • Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association

  • Strong clinical skills, reliability, and a passion for patient-centered care
