Job Title: School-Based Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Facility Type: K-12 School Setting

Pay Rate: $57/hour
Contract Length: 44 Weeks
Shift: Monday – Friday, 8-hour shifts
Start Date: August – Kick off the school year right!
What You’ll Do as a School SLP: As a School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP), you’ll be the voice behind student success. You'll work directly with K-12 students, delivering assessments, personalized therapy, and meaningful communication support.
Conduct thorough speech/language assessments to identify student needs
Design and implement individualized, evidence-based therapy interventions
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress
Document progress, maintain accurate records, and help meet IEP goals
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and district guidelines
Create a fun, supportive, and engaging environment for learning and growth
SLP Requirements:
Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license in Arizona
Minimum 1–2 years of school or pediatric experience preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
