We have an immediate opening for reliable CNAs (Certified Nursing Assistants) for 13 week contracts at a Long Term Care facility in Fairmont, WV. The shift is a 12 hour day and night shift for the following requirements:
Specialty: Geriatrics Location: Fairmont, WV Facility type: Long Term Care Facility Pay Rate: $25/hr Start Date: 8/5/2025 Assignment Type:13 Week Contract Shift/Hours: 12hr day and night shift (7a – 7:30p, 7p – 7:30a))
Duties Include:
Will prepare residents for therapy, activities, physician visits, religious services, etc.,
Answer residents’ call lights promptly.
Attend in-service educational programs, on the job training programs and meetings as directed
Assist residents with proper hygiene
Bathe residents as assigned and in accordance with established facility
Follow infection control procedures
Chart required information every shift pertaining to the role of the certified nursing assistant (CNA)
Presents professional image to consumers through dress, behavior and speech.
Adheres to Company Standards for resolving consumer concerns.
Ensures that all consumer/resident rights are protected.
Requirements:
Current and valid CNA license
Minimum 1-2 years of experience
Current CPR certification is required
