We’re seeking an experienced, motivated, and detail-oriented CMA with strong clinic and Epic experience to join a dynamic cardiology team providing compassionate, high-quality patient care. MA Job Overview – Cardiology Clinic (Patient Services):

Pay Rate: $28/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5x8s
Key Responsibilities for the CMA – Patient Services Role: As a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) in this Cardiology Clinic setting, your role will focus on supporting patients and clinical staff with professionalism, compassion, and accuracy.
Perform front and back office patient services duties
Assist with patient intake, vitals, and documentation
Navigate and utilize Epic EMR—(must pass test-out on Day 1)
Provide clerical support including scheduling, check-in/out, and phone triage
Ensure efficient patient flow and top-tier clinic operations
Work closely with cardiologists and nursing staff for care coordination
CMA Requirements – What We’re Looking For:
Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) credential – required
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
1–2 years of clinical experience (strongly preferred)
Strong Epic EMR experience – must pass Day 1 test-out
Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)
Valid driver’s license
Excellent communication and multitasking skills
