Position Details – Echo Tech | Travel Assignment | Medical Center | Ithaca, NY
Specialty: Echo Tech – Adult Cases Only
Location: Ithaca, NY
Facility Type: Medical Center
Pay Rate: $80/hour
Start Date: 7/21/2025
Assignment Length: 13 weeks
Shift: 5x8s, Day Shift (Monday–Friday)
Call: None
Weekends: None
EMR: EPIC
Echo Tech Job Duties:
As our next travel Echo Tech, you’ll:
Perform echocardiograms for adult patients (18+ only)
Administer stress tests and capture high-quality images within 90 seconds post-test
Conduct pre- and post-imaging during stress tests
Work independently in a fast-paced medical center
Use EPIC to document efficiently
Requirements for the Echo Tech Travel Assignment:
Active New York State license
Current BLS Certification (or ability to renew)
3+ years recent Echo Tech experience in acute care settings
Prior experience in large hospitals or trauma centers (preferred)
Strong EPIC skills
