Salary Range: $88,358 – $132,357/year (based on experience)
ICU RN Responsibilities:
As an ICU Registered Nurse, your primary duties will include:
Delivering high-quality, compassionate patient care in a fast-paced ICU environment
Monitoring patients’ conditions, administering medications, and responding to emergencies
Collaborating with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare team members
Participating in emergency preparedness drills and departmental safety procedures
Attending staff meetings, ongoing training, and maintaining compliance with hospital policies
Managing equipment and ensuring a clean, organized ICU unit
Promoting excellent patient and family-centered care
ICU RN Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited nursing school
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in California
Minimum 1–2 years of ICU nursing experience
Strong knowledge of critical care practices and arrhythmia recognition
Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (AHA)
NIH Stroke Scale Certification (within 90 days of hire)
AB-508 Assaultive Behavior Management training (within 90 days of hire)
