Duties Include:
• Assesses patients by physical examination including pertinent diagnostic testing to determine health status.
• Administers medications and treatments.
• Communicates with physicians regarding changes in conditions, diagnostic test results, etc.

Requirements:
• Current and valid LVN license in Texas
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience
• Current BLS certification is required
• Spanish Speaking RequiredÂ
• Ekg Experience Required and Epic experience is a plus
• Candidate needs to have at least one year of outpatient clinic experience (such as urgent cares) in the past 3 years.  Â
SNF, Corrections, Behavioral Health, LTC, Home Health, Rehab do not qualify for THPG clinics.
