Requirements:
Current and valid Texas (or compact state) LVN (Licensed Vocational Nurse) license required
Minimum 1+ years of Behavioral Health experience as an LVN (Licensed Vocational Nurse) within the last 2 years, no exceptions
Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association is required
