Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Location: Belen, New Mexico
Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility
Pay Rate: $40/hour
Contract Length: 8–13 weeks
Shift: 12-hour shifts (day and/or night)
LPN Job Responsibilities: As an LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) in this Skilled Nursing Facility, you’ll bring compassion, clinical skills, and attention to detail to provide outstanding patient care.
Deliver direct patient care under RN supervision
Administer medications and treatments
Monitor patient status and report changes to the RN/MD
Assist with ADLs and ensure a clean, safe environment
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Collaborate with nursing staff, residents, and families
Follow care plans and facility protocols
Promote patient comfort and dignity every shift
LPN Requirements:
Current and valid New Mexico LPN license
BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a nursing or long-term care setting
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care facility preferred
