Pay Rate: $50/hour | Weekly Pay via Direct Deposit
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities: As a skilled and compassionate LPN, you’ll:
Deliver exceptional patient care in a Skilled Nursing environment
Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and document patient status
Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and the care team to ensure quality care
Support patients’ recovery plans and communicate changes in condition
Follow safety protocols, infection control procedures, and facility guidelines
Maintain accurate records and assist with patient assessments
Build meaningful connections with residents and their families
LPN Requirements:
Current and valid LPN license in New Hampshire
Minimum 1–2 years of LPN experience (Skilled Nursing or LTC preferred)
Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for patient-centered care
