Requirements:

• Current and valid Texas (or compact state) LVN (Licensed Vocational Nurse) license required
• Minimum 2 years of behavioral health experience as an LVN (Licensed Vocational Nurse) within the last 2 years, no exceptions
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association is required
