Job Description

We have an immediate opening for reliable LVNs (Licensed Vocational Nurses) for a 13 week contract in McCamey, TX.
 
Specialty: Clinical/Ambulatory
Location: McCamey, TX
Facility type: Hospital
Pay rate: $43 per hour travel and $40 per hour local
Start Date: ASAP 
Type: 13 weeks
Shift/Hours: 8am-5pm 
 
Duties Include: 
  • Assesses patients by physical examination, including pertinent diagnostic testing to determine health status.  
  • Administers medications and treatments.  
  • Participates in the care planning process.  
  • Communicates with physicians regarding changes in resident’s conditions, diagnostic test results, etc.  
  • Documents assessments and care in compliance with standards of care and company policy.  
  • Educates patients and their families on health-related issues. 
  • Completes required forms and documents in accordance with company policy and state and/or federal regulations.  
 
Requirements: 
  • Current and valid LVN license  
  • Minimum 2 years of experience 
  • Current BLS certification is required
