This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced Occupational Therapist who’s ready to take on a meaningful, school-based assignment, work consistent day shifts, and impact young lives in a supportive K-12 environment.
Occupational Therapist (OT) Job Details:

  • Job Title: Occupational Therapist (OT) – School-Based

  • Location: Federal Way, WA

  • Facility Type: Public School System (K–12)

  • Pay Rate: $57 per hour

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7-hour day shifts

  • Contract Length: 42 Weeks
Occupational Therapist (OT) Responsibilities:
As a school-based Occupational Therapist (OT), you’ll support students with a wide range of needs, including sensory integration, fine motor skills, adaptive behavior, and more. Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting assessments and evaluations for students

  • Developing and implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)

  • Providing direct occupational therapy services based on student needs

  • Collaborating with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams

  • Monitoring student progress and updating goals accordingly

  • Ensuring documentation is timely and compliant with school/state guidelines
Occupational Therapist (OT) Requirements:

  • Active and valid Washington OT license

  • Minimum of 1–2 years of experience (school or pediatric setting preferred)

  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

  • A passion for empowering students of all abilities
