We have an immediate opening for a Registered Nurse for a 13 week contract at a Behavioral Health in Covington, LA  
 
Specialty: Behavioral Health
Location: Covington, LA  
Facility type: Behavioral Health
Hourly Rate: $46 – 1656( Local)    Travel 50 Blended ( 25 taxed and 25 non-Taxed )
Start Date: 8/20/2025 
Assignment Type: 13 Week Contract 
Shift/Hours: 12 hour night shift (7p – 7a)  
Schedule:  1st week – 36hrs, 2nd week 48hrs  
  
Duties Include: 
  • Administers medications and treatments. 
  • Participates in the care planning process. 
  • Communicates with physicians regarding changes in resident’s conditions, diagnostic test results, etc. 
  • Documents assessments and care in compliance with standards of care and company policy. 
  • Educates patients and their families on health-related issues. 
  • Completes required forms and documents in accordance with company policy and state and/or federal regulations. 
 
Requirements: 
  • Current and valid RN license 
  • Behavioral Health/Psych experience preferred 
  • CPI certification is preferred 
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience 
  • Current BLS certification is required 
  • Associates degree from an accredited school of nursing is required
