We have an immediate opening for an RN (Registered Nurse) for a 24 week contract at a behavioral health facility in Weston, West Virginia.

Start Date: 10/7/2024
Type: 24 Week contract
Shift/Hours: 8 hour rotating shifts
  ** Must be available for 20hrs of OT

Duties Include:
  • Assesses patients by physical examination including pertinent diagnostic testing to determine health status.
  • Administers medications and treatments.
  • Participates in the care planning process and oversees implementation of the plan.
  • Supervises LPNs and nursing assistants.
  • Communicates with physicians regarding changes in conditions, diagnostic test results, etc.
  • Documents assessments and care in compliance with standards of care and company policy.
  • Educates patients and their families on health-related issues.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited school of Nursing.
  • Valid State licensure as an RN.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience
  • Current BLS certification.
