Shift/Hours: Days | Monday - Friday
Requirements:
Current Indiana LCSW, CSW, LMFT, LPC social work license
Minimum 1+ years of experience with Adult Population
Extensive experience with Group Therapy including both Mental Health and Substance Abuse
Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association is required
