Specialty: Physical Therapist
Location: Fairfax, MO
Pay Rate: $51 per hour
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shifts:
8-hour days (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
OR 10-hour days (7:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
Physical Therapist Duties Include:
Evaluate patients’ physical condition and functional limitations using diagnostic tools and assessments
Develop and implement customized treatment plans based on evaluations and physician guidance
Administer physical therapy interventions including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, modalities, and patient education
Monitor and document patient progress, adapting plans as needed to optimize recovery
Provide education to patients and families on home exercise programs and preventive strategies
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including OTs, SLPs, and physicians
Maintain compliance with all facility and regulatory documentation standards
Ensure patient safety and support in every session
? Physical Therapist Job Requirements:
Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Missouri or compact state
Minimum 2 years of Physical Therapist experience required
Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)
Passion for patient care and strong communication skills
