Seeking a Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) or Psychiatric Physician Assistant for a part-time Behavioral Health opportunity in Terre Haute, Indiana. This role offers a round-and-go environment with no nights or weekends, clinical autonomy, and a strong support structure while caring for residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. Practice Highlights / Qualifications
Round-and-go behavioral health model
Deliver mental health care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings
Collaborate with care teams to develop treatment plans
Provide follow-up and continuity of care
Active PMHNP or Psychiatric PA license in Indiana required
Must be able to practice and bill independently
DEA license preferred
Strong diagnostic skills required
Passion for caring for older adults preferred
