Medical Edge Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant for an immediate 13-week contract at a Behavioral Health facility in San Rafael, CA. This vital role supports healthcare providers in an acute care setting, ensuring smooth operations and excellent patient engagement. Pay Package:
$28 per hour
Required Skills:
Minimum of 1+ years of Administrative Assistant experience
High School Diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred
Comfortable working with Behavioral Health Clinics and patients
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
Proficiency in basic office software and administrative tasks
Preferred Education and Experience:
Associate’s degree or higher preferred
Experience working in behavioral health or healthcare environments
Other Requirements:
Must pass a criminal record check in accordance with state law
Shift: 8-hour days, 40 hours weekly
Additional requirements may include adaptability to patient-focused settings and familiarity with healthcare protocols
