Practice Highlights / Qualifications
Full-time position with a 5-day/week schedule
Round in skilled nursing and post-acute care facilities
Perform comprehensive patient assessments and physical exams
Develop and manage individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary care teams
High level of clinical autonomy with strong support structure
Active North Carolina PA or NP license required (or ability to obtain)
DEA required
Experience in post-acute care, primary care, hospital medicine, emergency medicine, or geriatrics preferred
