Requirements:
• Current and valid Montana Physical Therapist (PT) license required
• Minimum 1+ years of recent SNF experience as a Physical Therapist within the last 2 years preferred
• Current BLS certification required
• Strong documentation and patient care skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team
