Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Katy, TX | School Contract| K–12 Caseload
Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) – School Contract
Overview:
Medical Edge Recruitment has an immediate opening for a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a school-based contract in Katy, TX. This vital role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on student lives through specialized speech therapy services. Pay Package:
$50 per hour
Required Skills:
Active and valid Texas SLP license or license eligibility for Compact license.
Minimum of 1–2 years of experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist, with experience in school or pediatric settings preferred.
Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
Experience with IEP systems and collaboration within multidisciplinary school teams.
Preferred Education and Experience:
Prior experience working within school environments or with pediatric populations.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Other Requirements:
Availability for 8-hour shifts on a 44-week contract.
Criminal record check required in accordance with state law.
No additional licensure or certification requirements beyond active licensing.
