Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Respiratory Therapist to provide vital respiratory care services to a diverse patient population, ranging from neonatal to geriatric. In this role, you will deliver exceptional therapy, diagnostic testing, and ventilation support, ensuring optimal patient outcomes. Join our team to make a meaningful impact on patients' health with your expertise and compassion.
Pay Package: $26 per hour with $1,100 weekly stipend
Schedule: 7pm - 7am
Required Skills:
Associate’s Degree in Respiratory Care or related field
Current state license as a Respiratory Therapist
Credentialed by the National Board of Respiratory Care (Certified Respiratory Therapist)
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification from the American Heart Association
Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification from the American Heart Association
Proficiency in computer skills, including data entry and retrieval in Windows-based applications
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly
Analytical skills and strong interpersonal abilities
Preferred Education and Experience:
Prior experience in a clinical respiratory care setting with diverse patient demographics
Other Requirements:
Must be able to perform complex therapeutic procedures and diagnostic tests
Ability to educate patients and team members on procedures and treatment plans
Compliance with all established policies and procedures
Availability to attend staff meetings and participate in ongoing education
Additional licenses or certifications as required by the state or facility
