Job Title: Cardiac Cath Lab Technician/RN – Stroke Team Role
Overview:
Join a dynamic healthcare team as a skilled Neuro IR Tech specializing in neuro intervention and stroke care. This critical position offers an excellent opportunity to work within a state-of-the-art facility, supporting patient recovery and advancing your clinical expertise. Be a key contributor to a dedicated Stroke Team, delivering specialized care in a fast-paced environment.
Pay Package: $3,440 Weekly Pay
Shift: 8 or 10 hour days
Required Skills:
Tech: ARRT certification; experience with Neuro IR procedures, Siemens equipment, EPIC charting, and stroke support.
Proficiency in ICU patient management, ventilator handling, vascular procedures, and central line monitoring.
Ability to demonstrate sterile and scrub techniques, troubleshoot arterial access, and manage invasive devices safely.
Knowledge of vasoactive infusions, sedation, paralytics, external ventricular drains, and ICP monitoring.
Preferred Education and Experience:
Prior ICU experience, neuro IR involvement, and stroke care background.
Tech: Vascular Interventional Radiology (VI) experience, EPIC proficiency, and circulation for neuro procedures.
Other Requirements:
Must live at least 100 miles from the facility.
First-time travelers are accepted; those with one year of neuro IR experience are encouraged to apply.
Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (non-call), with one week on and two weeks off call schedule.
No floating required.
