A growing value based senior care organization with a major Florida footprint is hiring physician leaders who coach as well as they practice. You will lead clinical performance for a district of 5 to 10 senior primary care centers across the Tampa Bay region, mentoring clinicians, shaping practice patterns, and keeping care inside high value channels, with your own clinical credibility as the currency.
What you will own
Peer coaching grounded in practice pattern and cost data that changes provider behavior
A structured mentorship framework that upskills Nurse Practitioners and PAs in VBC documentation and referrals
Hospital discharge optimization and readmission root cause work with multidisciplinary teams
Compliant HCC documentation coached at the point of care
Quality and peer review committee leadership across your district
What you bring
MD or DO, board certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine
Active, unrestricted Florida license
Three plus years practicing inside a downside risk or Medicare Advantage primary care model
The standing with peers to have hard conversations and be thanked for them
Compensation sits in the top quartile of the market with meaningful incentive. Conversations move quickly.
