Details:
Specialty: Mental Health and Recovery
Location: Henryville, IN
Pay Rate: $20 per hour
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift/Hours: 12 hours, 6:15pm - 6:15 am
Key Duties:
Ensure client safety and wellbeing through continuous supervision
Conduct safety checks and manage belongings
Facilitate educational and rehabilitative groups
Document client progress and vital signs
Apply de-escalation techniques and assist in emergencies
Support recreational activities and treatment goals
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required
Prior experience as a Behavioral Health Associate (minimum 1 year)
Experience supporting similar client populations is a plus
Familiarity with mental health conditions, substance use, and co-occurring disorders.Â
BLS and CPI (can get on-site upon starting)
