Overview:
Join Medical Edge Recruitment as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and make a meaningful impact in patient care while exploring new opportunities across the healthcare landscape. This travel assignment offers a rewarding role in supporting residents with daily activities, ensuring their comfort and well-being. Pay Package:
$40 per hour or a weekly pay of $1,600, with stipends for travel and housing included, complemented by comprehensive benefits and supportive team assistance.
Required Skills:
Valid CNA license for New York State
BLS certification through AHA
Experience in LTC or similar healthcare settings preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to assist with activities of daily living, vital sign monitoring, and basic patient care
Attention to detail in documenting resident conditions and changes
Preferred Education and Experience:
Completion of approved CNA training program
Prior experience in long-term care facilities or similar environments
Other Requirements:
Must hold a valid CNA license for NY
BLS certification from AHA required
Ability to work a 14-week assignment starting on 10/2/2025
Flexibility to respond promptly to resident needs during assigned shifts
Willingness to work in Syracuse, NY and adhere to facility policies
