Shifts Available: 8-hour shifts | Days, Evenings, or Nights
CNA Responsibilities: As a CNA in a skilled nursing facility, you’ll play a vital role in patient care by:
Providing direct patient care and daily assistance with bathing, grooming, feeding, mobility, and hygiene
Taking and recording vital signs accurately
Assisting RNs and LPNs with clinical duties and resident care
Promoting a safe, clean, and supportive environment for residents
Ensuring proper documentation and communication with the healthcare team
CNA Requirements:
Current Vermont CNA license (Certified Nursing Assistant license required)
BLS Certification from the American Heart Association
Minimum of 1–2 years of recent experience as a CNA, preferably in skilled nursing or long-term care
Compassion, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills
