Cardiothoracic Surgery APP Southeast Coastal Opportunity Position Highlights
Join an established, hospital-employed Cardiothoracic Surgery program
Full-time Advanced Practice Provider opportunity supporting a high-volume cardiac surgery team
First assist in the operating room for adult cardiac and thoracic procedures
Manage pre-operative, post-operative, inpatient rounding, ICU care, and outpatient follow-up
Collaborate with Cardiothoracic Surgeons, Interventional Cardiologists, Intensivists, Anesthesiologists, and APPs
Access to advanced hybrid ORs, CVICU, and state-of-the-art cardiovascular technology
Dedicated surgical support staff and strong multidisciplinary team

Qualified Candidates
Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Acute Care Nurse Practitioner program
Current or eligible Georgia licensure
Cardiothoracic Surgery experience preferred
First assist experience required; Endoscopic Vein Harvest (EVH) experience preferred
Strong clinical skills in perioperative and postoperative cardiac surgery management
Team-oriented with excellent communication and patient-centered care
