Job Description
Job Title: Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) – Clinic Role
Overview:
Join Medical Edge Recruitment as a Certified Medical Assistant in a dynamic clinic setting in Dallas, TX. This immediate opportunity offers a 13-week contract where you will play a vital role in patient care, assisting with rooming patients and measuring vital signs. If you have scheduling experience and thrive in fast-paced environments, this position provides an excellent platform to advance your clinical skills while making a meaningful impact on patient health.
Pay Rate: $20 per hour or $800 weeklyÂ
With comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, and ancillary coverage; referral bonuses; and stipends for travel and housing.
Required Skills:
Must have previous scheduling experience
Ability to assist with rooming patients and taking vitals
Capable of managing approximately 20 patients per day
Previous inpatient clinic experience preferred
Proficiency in Caribbean blue scrubs preferred
Preferred Education and Experience:
Certified Medical Assistant credential (CMA)
Prior clinic experience, particularly in inpatient settings
Strong organizational and communication skills with a customer-focused approach
Other Requirements:
Must be able to work DAY shifts, 8 hours per day
Must successfully complete a state-mandated criminal record check
Additional requirements include flexible availability for the contract duration and adherence to facility guidelines.
