$180/hr for up to 32 hours/week
$210/hr for 32+ hours/week
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $50,000, paid quarterly over 2 years, contingent on a minimum of 8 shifts per month Based on experience, weekly shift volume, and 2-year commitment
1099 Independent Contractor status
Flexible scheduling (minimum 20 hours/week)
Qualifications:
Certified and licensed CRNA (active Illinois license or eligibility)
Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS
NRP recommended
Prior experience preferred, but strong new graduates are encouraged to apply
Strong communication, reliability, and a patient-focused approach
