Key ResponsibilitiesÂ
Manage daily nursing operations, staffing, and productivityÂ
Develop and enforce policies, procedures, and regulatory complianceÂ
Lead hiring, training, performance, and staff accountabilityÂ
Monitor census/acuity and adjust resourcesÂ
Oversee quality, safety, infection control, and incident managementÂ
Collaborate with leadership and interdisciplinary teamsÂ
Manage budgets, supplies, and clinical documentationÂ
Support surveys, audits, and strategic planningÂ
