Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Nursing
Active unrestricted Florida Registered Nurse license
Five or more years of healthcare experience
Three or more years of experience in quality, patient safety, regulatory compliance, auditing, accreditation, clinical operations, or performance improvement
CPHQ preferred at hire and required within 24 months
