Job Title: Full-Time Clinical Psychiatrist (Hybrid) – Up to $490K+

Required Skills:
MD or DO with Board Certification/Eligibility in Psychiatry
Active Georgia medical license or ability to obtain one
Strong communication skills and a collaborative care approach
Experience with medically complex or hospitalized patients preferred
Preferred Education and Experience:
Board-certified or eligible in Psychiatry
Prior experience with inpatient consults or outpatient management
Experience working with patients coping with trauma, chronic illness, or complex diagnoses
Other Requirements:
Active Georgia medical license or ability to obtain one
License and certification requirements as per internal job description
Compensation and Benefits:
Up to $490,000+ annually (includes base salary, signing bonus, retention bonus, productivity incentives, supervision stipends, equity grant)
No on-call requirements, ensuring predictable hours and personal time
Three weeks of paid vacation
Signing and retention bonuses
Productivity incentives for collections beyond baseline
Optional stipends for supervising psychiatric nurse practitioners
Annual equity grant starting year two
$2,500 CME allowance
