Dental Hygienist - Sign on Incentive | Coatesville PA
Join a mission-driven dental team with Union Community Care, a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) committed to “Whole Health, Whole Community.” The Coatesville Medical & Dental location is part of a growing network providing integrated medical, dental, behavioral health, and social support services throughout Lancaster and Chester Counties.
This full-time RDH role offers the opportunity to help strengthen and expand dental services at a modern, community-based facility designed to bring accessible, high-quality care to everyone—regardless of ability to pay.
What You’ll Do
Deliver preventive and therapeutic dental hygiene services, including exams, cleanings, sealants, and fluoride treatments
Provide oral health education and collaborate with community outreach initiatives
Accurately document care and support team-based treatment within an integrated care model
Partner closely with the dentist, dental assistants, and medical and behavioral health staff to promote whole-person care

What We’re Looking For
Active Pennsylvania Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene
Experience in community health, public health, or mission-driven care preferred
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Compassion for serving diverse and underserved populations
