Job Description

Medical Edge Recruitment has an immediate opening for a Director of Nursing- Emergency Services for a position in Florence, AL.

Details:
 
  • Specialty: Emergency Services

  • Facility Type: Acute Care
  • Pay Rate: $70,000-$130,000
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)  
  • Current Alabama RN license (or eligible for licensure)
  • A minimum of 5 years progressive leadership experience in Emergency Services  
  • Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and build effective relationships team  
  • Experience with budgeting, financial management, and resource allocation in acute care settings
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and implement performance-improvement initiatives
  • BLS and ACLS required
