Job Description
Job Title:Â Emergency Medicine Physician
Overview:
StaffMED Health Partners is excited to partner with a leading healthcare system in Louisiana to seek a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Emergency Medicine Physician. This role offers the chance to work in a high-acuity emergency department with a collaborative team, strong APP support, and excellent specialty backup, ensuring the delivery of quality patient care. The position provides a dynamic work environment with modern facilities and opportunities for professional growth.
Required Skills:
Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Emergency Medicine
Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced emergency setting
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Familiarity with MediTech EMR system
Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and support staff
Preferred Education and Experience:
Medical degree from an accredited institution
Prior experience in a high-volume emergency department preferred
Other Requirements:
Active medical license in Louisiana or ability to obtain one
Support staff includes scribes available to assist workflow
Compensation and Benefits:
Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications
Flexible scheduling with 48 physician hours per day in 12-hour shifts
APP support providing 72 hours per day in 12-hour shifts
Supportive work environment with a collaborative team and specialty backup
Access to advanced EMR system and support staff
