Overview:
StaffMED Health Partners is partnering with a renowned Neuroscience Institute in the Chicagoland area to recruit a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible, Fellowship-Trained Laryngologist. This unique position offers an exceptional opportunity to develop a specialized, high-impact laryngology practice focused on voice, airway, and swallowing disorders within a collaborative multidisciplinary environment. Required Skills:
Diagnose and treat voice, airway, and swallowing disorders
Perform procedures including Videostroboscopy, Laryngeal EMG, Botox injections, and advanced microlaryngeal surgery
Lead multidisciplinary voice and swallow clinics with Speech-Language Pathology
Collaborate effectively with Gastroenterology, Pulmonology, and ENT subspecialists
MD/DO qualified
Must be Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Otolaryngology (ENT / Head & Neck Surgery)
Fellowship-trained in Laryngology
Eligible for Illinois medical licensure
Interest in program development, innovation, and team-based care
Education and Experience:
Fellowship training in Laryngology
Previous experience in a multidisciplinary clinical setting
Other Requirements:
Ability to diagnose and treat complex voice, airway, and swallowing disorders
Active interest in innovative practices and program development
Capable of acquiring Illinois medical licensure
Compensation and Benefits:
Salary range: $300,000 – $550,000+ (Non-wRVU model for income stability)
