Required Skills:
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Dermatology (ABD required)
MD/DO from an accredited medical school
Active or eligible for a Pennsylvania medical license
Experience or comfort with full-scope dermatology including medical, surgical, and cosmetic procedures
Strong communication skills and a collaborative team attitude
Ability to manage a growing patient caseload effectively
Preferred Education and Experience:
Completion of dermatology residency program
Prior experience in a clinical dermatology setting
Proven ability to work autonomously within a physician-led governance structure
Other Requirements:
Active or eligible Pennsylvania medical license
License and certification requirements as specified in the internal job description
Flexible 4-5 day work schedule preferred
Travel requirements are not specified but must comply with licensing standards
