LPN (Certified Nursing Assistant) – Skilled Nursing | $48/hr | 8+ Week Contract | Clayton, NM

Medical Edge Recruitment is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a high-paying 8+ week LPN contract at a welcoming Skilled Nursing Facility in Clayton, New Mexico. LPN Job Details:

  • Job Title: LPN – Licensed Practical Nurse

  • Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility

  • Pay Rate: $48/hour

  • Contract Length: 8+ weeks

  • Shift/Hours: 12-hour shifts (Days or Nights available!)
LPN Job Responsibilities:
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you’ll be on the front lines of patient care. Key duties include:

Duties Include:
  • Assesses patients by physical examination, including pertinent diagnostic testing to determine health status.
  • Administers medications and treatments.
  • Participates in the care planning process.
  • Communicates with physicians regarding changes in resident’s conditions, diagnostic test results, etc.
  • Documents assessments and care in compliance with standards of care and company policy.
  • Educates patients and their families on health-related issues.
LPN Requirements:
To be eligible for this exciting LPN job in Clayton, NM, you’ll need:

  • Current and valid New Mexico LPN license

  • Minimum 1–2 years of LPN experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting

  • Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association

  • A passion for compassionate care and strong teamwork skills
