LPN Assignment Details:
Role: LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) – Med/Surg
Location: Fairview, Oklahoma
Facility Type: Acute Care Facility
Pay Rate: $42 per hour – Travel Nurse Rate
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Shift: 12-Hour Variable Shifts (Days/Nights)
LPN Job Requirements:
Current and valid LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) license in Oklahoma or Compact State
Minimum 1+ year of Med/Surg experience in an acute care setting
Active BLS certification from the American Heart Association
