Establish and govern standardized point of care testing practices and approved test menus
Manage reference laboratory and vendor relationships, specimen transport processes, critical value reporting, and service performance
Build compliance dashboards, analyze quality trends, and drive continuous improvement
Hybrid work environment with travel up to 25 percent across Florida clinic locations
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology, Biological Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related laboratory science
Current MLT, MLS, MT, ASCP, or equivalent nationally recognized laboratory certification
Five or more years of laboratory experience
Three or more years of laboratory compliance, CLIA oversight, laboratory quality, accreditation, point of care testing governance, or laboratory operations experience
