Lead Neuropathy Provider (MD / DO / NP / PA)
Medical Edge Recruitment is seeking a solo clinical provider to lead patient care at assigned clinic locations. This role focuses on evaluating and treating patients with peripheral neuropathy using established protocols and technology in a supportive, patient-centered environment. Physicians (MD/DO), Nurse Practitioners (NP), and Physician Assistants (PA) will all be considered. Full training is provided by current practice leadership.
Position Overview
The Lead Neuropathy Provider will independently manage day-to-day clinical operations at assigned locations, delivering high-quality care while maintaining an exceptional patient experience. Providers will be fully trained on clinic protocols, workflows, and equipment prior to independent practice.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including histories, physical exams, and neuropathy assessments
Develop and manage individualized treatment plans following established clinical protocols
Educate patients and families on diagnosis, treatment options, and care expectations
Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans based on clinical outcomes
Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure efficient daily operations and high patient satisfaction
Participate in onboarding and ongoing training led by current practice leadership
Support outreach or educational initiatives as needed to help grow assigned clinics
Compensation & Engagement Structure
Competitive base compensation, with potential performance incentives ($135k - $275k salary Depending on qualifications)
W2 or 1099 engagement options available
Higher rates may be offered for float coverage to offset travel time, tolls, and related expenses
Possibleper diem for DFW-based providers traveling to Houston for coverage
Hotel costs covered by the practice when overnight travel is required
State license fees paid by the company
VEA fees covered, if applicable
Half-day Fridays as a consistent schedule benefit
No retirement plan offered at this time (401(k), 403(b), etc.)
Qualifications
Active MD, DO, NP, or PA license in the state of practice, in good standing
Board-certified or board-eligible, as applicable
Primary care or related background preferred, but not required
Comfortable practicing independently with clinical support staff
Strong communication and patient-education skills
Patient-focused mindset with attention to quality and outcomes
