Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license in the state of practice and in good standing
Board Certified or Board Eligible, as applicable
Primary care or related clinical background preferred
Comfortable practicing independently with support staff
Strong communication and patient education skills
Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care
Position Highlights:
Serve as the lead provider managing day-to-day patient care at an assigned outpatient neuropathy clinic
Perform comprehensive patient evaluations, including medical histories, physical exams, and neuropathy assessments
Develop and manage individualized treatment plans using established clinical protocols
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment options, and care expectations
Collaborate with clinic staff to provide an outstanding patient experience
Receive comprehensive clinical onboarding and hands-on training with proven treatment protocols and advanced technology
