Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) - Behavioral Health - $41 per hour
Medical Edge Recruitment has an immediate opening for a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for a 6 month contract in Lubbock, TX.

Shift/Hours: 8 hour shifts
Duties Include:Â
Assesses patients by physical examination, including pertinent diagnostic testing to determine health status. Â
Administers medications and treatments. Â
Participates in the care planning process. Â
Communicates with physicians regarding changes in resident’s conditions, diagnostic test results, etc. Â
Documents assessments and care in compliance with standards of care and company policy. Â
Educates patients and their families on health-related issues.Â
Completes required forms and documents in accordance with company policy and state and/or federal regulations. Â
Requirements:
Current and valid Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in Texas
Minimum 2 years of experienceÂ
Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association is required
