Position Details – LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse):
Location: Elkins, WV
Facility Type: Skilled Nursing
Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse – LPN
Pay Rate: $21/hr
Overtime: $31.50/hr
Weekly Stipend: $1,000 ($4,000 monthly)
Mobilization Bonus: $250 (first week)
Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,756 before taxes
Contract Length: 8–13 weeks
Shift: 12-hour shifts (Day or Night available!)
LPN Job Requirements:
Active and valid West Virginia LPN license
1–2 years of LPN experience (Skilled Nursing experience preferred!)
Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)
