Overview:
StaffMed Health Partners has partnered with the Nation's largest Healthcare System to recruit a Maternal Fetal Medicine Specialist for a busy perinatal practice in El Paso, TX. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide compassionate prenatal care, collaborate with a dedicated team, and make a meaningful impact on maternal and fetal health within a thriving community.
Required Skills:
Ability to provide outpatient consultative care for pregnancy-related conditions
Proficiency in ultrasound examinations and genetic counseling
Experience in managing maternal and fetal complications such as diabetes, hypertension, autoimmune disorders, and fetal birth defects
Strong teamwork and communication skills to coordinate with obstetricians and other healthcare professionals
Open to new graduates and practicing physicians
Education and Experience:
Medical doctor (MD) or doctor of osteopathic medicine (DO) degree
Experience in a busy perinatal practice preferred, but new graduates are welcomed
Other Requirements:
Call schedule of 1:8, with coverage of 2 hospitals and 1 week per month of call duty
Practice hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
License and certification requirements are included in this role
