Overview:
StaffMED Health Partners is seeking a highly qualified Spine Neurosurgeon to join a rapidly expanding, multidisciplinary Neuroscience team in the Chicagoland area. Required Skills:
Board certification or eligibility in Neurosurgery
Fellowship training in Neurosurgery
Expertise in Spine Surgery
Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of Neurosurgeons, ENT specialists, neuro-oncologists, and neurologists
Flexibility to participate in clinic and operative schedules as determined by practice needs
Experience with advanced procedures such as Skull Base Surgeries, Vascular Surgery, and Neuroplastic Surgeries (preferred but not mandatory)
Education and Experience:
Fellowship-trained Neurosurgeon specializing in spine surgery
Established experience in a high-volume neurosurgical setting
Prior involvement in research or clinical trials (preferred)
Other Requirements:
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
Strong communication and leadership skills
Compensation package includes Salary Range: $600,000 - $900,000 annually, sign-on bonus, and relocation assistance
Practice is cap-exempt for H-1B visa sponsorship and offers comprehensive benefits, paid malpractice insurance with tail coverage, PTO, CME allowance, and 401(k) plan
